Payment Terms

We offer a free initial consultation to discuss exactly what you are looking to find out, and the likelihood of successful research. At the time of agreement for research to be carried out by Amethyst Ancestry, a deposit of 50% of the total cost must be paid prior to any research being undertaken. The balance is due on completion of the research. All payments can be made by either debit/credit card or direct bank transfer.

Results

The results of any investigations are dependent on the quality and reliability of the sources they are based on. All research is undertaken in good faith and, while we cannot guarantee it will be exhaustive, we will endeavour to ensure that our results are as detailed and accurate as possible.

Data Protection

All data recorded during the researching of your family tree by Amethyst Ancestry will be treated with the strictest of confidence and no information will be passed to a third party at any time unless authorised in writing. Amethyst Ancestry is registered on the Data Protection Register – ICO Registration number ZA231978.
